1. All goods featured in this blog are original and brand new. The products that we sell are cheaper compared to market price because it is imported directly from the UK.

2. Goods sold are not exchangeable / refundable. If you are not confident with us, please do not buy from us. You can get the products at retail shop at full price.

3. We will take every precaution to ensure the goods reach you in perfect order. However at times goods condition may be affected by shipping process and we are not liable for such damage.

4. For pre-order products, you are required to put in 50% deposit in order to place in your orders. Right after the products arrived, we will inform you. Delivery will be made right after full payment is received. However, if the products are not available, you will be refunded.

5. No backout buyers please. Backout buyers will be blacklisted. We will only reserve our ready stock items for those who are serious (those who make deposits only). Reservation without deposit is only for 3 days (unless you inform us if you need more time). Please consider our time and effort.
